Zuckerberg's crap platform has been already used extensively to incite violence against a minority, in Myanmar, resulting in the Rohingya genocide, in which tens of thousands of people were raped and killed, and 700,000 refugees had to leave the country. That happened like yesterday, but who cares, right?

And people are justifiably dunking on him, but you see a lot of people on the media who say essentially the same thing without mentioning H. Sure, the fact that he's a German guy (former city council member?) from Berlin makes it seem worse, but he just said in a plain language what so many others are saying every day somewhere on TV.

But his tweet will be screenshot by a million, and he will have to live with that for the rest of his life as the proof of his emo idiocy, while those pundits on TV can say those things without any push back whatsoever. Funny that.

And needless to say, what he says in that thread and others say on TV is complete, total fucking bullshit.

I posted a brief one about "foreign volunteer fighters" before, but as for the ones from the Middle East to fight for Russia that has been on the news now, meaning mostly ones from Syria and Iraq, they are very good. Individually better than most Russian and Ukrainian soldiers. Equip them with good stuff, and they will wreck a havoc. So it's not good news for Ukraine at all.

Gerry Kasparov is a prime example of how you can get away with murder over and over again as long as you're basically in line with the Official Narrative. He advocated dropping an atomic bomb in Baghdad in 1991. He believed in the New Chronology cult for years. He enthusiastically supported the Iraq War, and kept urging the US government to invade Iran. Now he's saying that the US/NATO should impose a no-fly zone in Ukraine. He's entitled to his opinion, but why do those mainstream media outlets treat him like a respectable thinker? He's a fucking nutcase.

Reuter calls him a former world chess champion and "human rights activist". Words don't mean anything anymore.

I used to do this regularly as a DJ when I was 18 - back when DJ-ing was still largely considered to be night-time manual labor for introverted music nerds - and I did purely out of spite as I hated everyone at the club and had nothing but contempt for everyone dancing on the floor.

I was fired eventually, but it was totally worth it.

It's kinda amazing that not only many Americans but also many Europeans think that Taiwan, South Korea, and even Japan, whose Covid record has certainly not been as impressive as the first two, have imposed some draconian measures/lockdowns, hence the (much) lower fatalities etc.

I guess it's part of the East Asia = basically China point of view, but also a classic case of Orientalism.

Considering that some of the Covid measures that they did in Liberal Europe would be too authoritarian and hence straight-up unconstitutional in Japan, it's pretty laughable. 

Japan had a lockdown lite for some weeks, but Taiwan and South Korea didn't even do that.

They don't seem to understand how thoroughly they failed as a society. Covid was, and is, a stress test, and most of them failed. I guess they don't want to admit it, hence East Asia = irrelevant because, because authoritarian!

And of course, my man McFail is lighting up the world with his unfathomable stupidity, again. He cannot help it man. Most people might not know this, but this is hardly the first time he called Putin/Assad "worse than" H. He told me that Assad was worse than H because blah blah blah, for one, and didn't even give me any qualifiers like "in a way" or "from a certain point of view". Straight up "worse than" H. That dril tweet is indeed immortal.

Dude's such a fool that he doesn't notice that he's basically repeating the Nazi talking point of "German Jews are NEVER GERMAN!" And more importantly, he's willingly ignoring the deaths of tons of German communists and socialists/trade unionists and "inferiors" and should I even continue. Hell, H actually did kill quite a few "ethnic Germans" in Poland too. They were just collateral damage in his fight to "retake what is rightly ours". Sounds familiar?

My man needs "scholarly readings" for these facts, though. Meticulous!

Rachel Maddow is such a good soldier who can fight that she can be very, very good for a right cause. The Russophobia/Putin-freakout is definitely not one, and frankly neither is anything related to foreign policy.

She's totally screwed up by the Russiagate. I still don't know it was her decision or the producer's to devote so much of her show to that crap. The damage that her show has done to American liberals, and even to the world as an indirect consequence, is unfathomable.

Or, better yet, they should tell him that he should refrain from expressing his sexual desire so explicitly in public, especially in *this* kind of public.
