Oh yeah, his skill is for real and he deserves respect for the fact that he's still at the top even after so many years. Also winning Champions League three times in a row is an unparalleled feat.
Though, he's an attention whore and I think his cries in front of the cameras is mostly an act and I will always hate that. There's also diving and pressuring the referees.

Oh yeah absolutely, there's nothing I have to really counter that. lol
I guess that's one of the things I don't like in Football as a whole. While I am occasionally interested in it, I really don't like the nature of trying to milk situations by acting that comes with it as a second nature.
I also prefer individual sports over teamsports as you can't rely on anyone, but yourself.
Especially fighting: you start bitching, you get smashed. It's harsh, but I love the 'honesty' in it.

Why hating Germany? for giving money to all other failed countries in Europe? You know they ain't doing it for free?  There's many reasons to hate Germans, Russians, Poles, Ukrainians, Romanians, French etc. etc. It's historical, political or just plainly prejudice. Call it an European thing. |

Back on topic. Yeah, those are the things that make this tourney interesting. Another big favourite goes home. Let's see if Denmark is able to upset Croatia.

croatia and denmark both scored quickly within the first 4 minutes then never scored again. the PKs were great. very exciting i thought.
