Looks like Ismael Lazaar's PED suspension has ended due to a change in the law: sportnieuws.nl/vechtsport/dopingschorsing-bokser-lazaar-ingetrokken-nieuwe-regels/In short, the maximum suspension for PED abuse has been adjusted from 4 to 2 years for any sport/promotion that's not a part of the World Anti Doping Agency (WADA). It's cool that Lazaar can fight in Holland again, because he hasn't been very active abroad since his fight with Rico. His first fight on home ground is already scheduled for next month:  Still a shame he had to pull out of that tournament in Romania last month. |

Glory's social media team is a bunch of assholes, really. Whenever they post a video of a knockout they make sure to add some disrespectful comment or implication about whoever lost, which often include fighters from their own roster. Posting videos as a way of promoting your own fighters is a given, but when you attack your own fighers at the same time what have you gained, really? Comments like 'This is what happens to you when you challenge [insert name]' or 'He was OUT COLD in 10 seconds!'. I feel like it's an attempt to be hip/trendy/edgy on the social interwebz, but they're failing horribly. Think it's entirely the bolded bit. Personally don't fault them at all for it. Way of the internet to some degree. It also really annoys me that they post videos from FEG K-1 all the time while avoiding to mention their name at all cost. It's like they don't have enough good highlights of their own so they kinda act like it's part of their history when it clearly isn't. Weirds me out a bit too. |

Kiria had Kunlun NYE tournament postponed to March 8, then the March 8 got corona'd. Now this fight, that I guess was already a in-case-Kunlun-does-not-happen -fight.
Last fight over a year ago, 2019-02-24.

Little additional info on the AMMA/Kunlun February card. Kunlun cancelled their fights on it due to the whole corona thing. He is the main organizer of that particular event in Thailand. http://instagr.am/p/B-H0lIzBsRy Takeru half deaf, this guy half blind. yikes. |
