I did in the end choose plazibat to beat benny ( though I was not sure at all).... but he beat the shit out of benny in a way that I did not see coming. I think Hari is even more angry now for fighting sick against benny lol.

Jamal gas tank is worse than bob sapp's and Rico ko power is worse than an average WW. This fight was fun to watch, but really looked amatuer level.

Quick thoughts
+ Great event overall, much better than it looked initially and better than I expected it to be. Glory couldn't have ended their season on a better note.
+ Rico vs. Jamal was crazy. Absolutely crazy. Gotta respect both fighters for their performances and heart here as both looked ready to go at certain points, though as expected Rico dominated the majority of it.
+ Saki vs. McSweeney. As expected Saki had some trouble early on, but that's to be expected with that amount of ring rust. Also, this has to be the first time I ever saw a ref change his mind on a knockdown. I'd have to rewatch to see if he made the right decision. Either way Saki didn't look affected and grew into the fight. There was a ton of pressure on him here and he didn't fold. Those two lowkicks that knocked McSweeney down were fantastic. Especially that first one.
+ Maslobojev/Abena was better and much closer than I expected.
+ Big upset victory by Plazibat over Adegbuyi. Completely overwhelmed him. Adegbuyi doesn't deal well with pressure punchers at all. Plazibat's next fight should probably be a title eliminator.
+ While the American fighters lost as expected, Troy Jones surprised me. His fight with Nabiyev was competitive and didn't end up being pointless like I predicted.
+ Decent little upset victory by Ulianov, though Adamchuk took this fight on short notice.
+ Fortunately not all my predictions were right as that would have made things a bit boring.
- Not sure if anyone in the crowd was interested in Andurand and Rudmann inducting Bazooka Joe in their newly created Hall of Fame. It was a nice moment for him I guess. They really want to have a (North) American in there lol.
- Hamicha/Dbili was about as pointless as the fights the Americans were in.
- Dutch ringside hosts. Hosting in Engrish. If anyone from Glory reads this: Stop this madness and get some native speakers.
- Again Glory with the technical issues. The G79 stream wasn't working until R2 of Koprivlenski/Gazani.
Some Sidenotes
* While Badr didn't sound very enthousiastic guest commentating, his analyses were on point.
* Valtellini said kickboxing is illegal in Canada; wasn't that MMA?
* We knew Luis Tavares vs. Artem Vakhitov 2 was going to happen, but good to have it confirmed I guess.
* Adegbuyi stumbling into the ring was foreshadowing what was about to happen.
* Not sure how Ulianov was ranked above Adamchuk going into this when he lost to him and hasn't fought in Glory since.
* For some reason Koprivlenski and Gazani were wearing the exact same, uncommon shorts.
