- Protests have to be announced within 45 minutes after a fight. - Protests have to be submitted before 12PM the next day. What terrible rules. I get there being some time limits, but give people like a week at least. Now they're forcing people to make decisions more or less in the heat of the moment. Mid event, you/your coach might be cornering another fight and not have any real time whatsoever to think things through. Can't necessarily even get a decent night of sleep before 12PM next day if you had an injury and had to deal with a late night hospital visit.

Pretty much what Sebastiën van Dusschoten (former Glory staffer) said on social media.

I've been wondering if his move to heavy is a sign of K-1 in his near future. Not impossible I suppose, but I doubt it. Think he's just fighting guys around his weight in KOK. No need to put a weight limit to the fights and have to deal with cutting weight since he's not fighting like top tier 120kg guys. Glory can probably hold on to him and considering they want to keep LHW around I wouldn't expect them to let Maslo go to K-1. Glory has also clearly been "involved" with his KOK fights. Fought a (probably) Glory contracted guy and another one who's a Dutchie with ties to Mike's gym so in case of Maslobojev losing they'd have the option of bringing the guy into Glory. Also Mark Schaaf who does Glory things in the Netherlands did interviews there for KOK.

Didn't know Schaaf was there, that's interesting to say the least.
As for Maslobojev, he stated wanting to fight in a K-1 Grand Prix in an interview just a few months ago. Not sure if he was just mentioning an unfulfilled wish or actually hinting at something.
