if people disagree with the LK system then.... lol. its pretty damn simple and straight forward. im sorry but if number 3 beats number 2 then he should be ranked ahead of him. he BEAT him.... People PASSIONATELY disagree with the LK rankings. I get endless hate mail over them for how "wrong" they are. Is there a problem with the system sometimes? Yes. If you aren't fighting against the best guys in the world who are locked up in another promotion, well, that's a problem. You are gonna have a hard time moving up, for sure, but I'll try to account for overlapped opponents, etc. People also bug me for not using algorithms. Look, I'm fucking AWFUL with math, if someone wants to run algorithmic-based rankings, go right ahead, I'll give you a shot at it, but I'm not equipped for that AT ALL. Anything is better than GLORY's rankings. Luke asked me for help with coming up for questions for Rico to interview him on air on Spike TV and I was legitimately shocked that he went with the one about Ghita being ranked #1 and him #2 after he beat Ghita, but he did and it was as awkward and funny as I would have hoped it would be.

sometimes if a kick boxer does really well in a major promotion such as k1, super kombat or legend (even lower like a1 wcc, ffc or enfusion if he gets good opponents and has long streak), then he can snatch a top spot (probably border of top 10). i suppose. without even beating somebody from your top 10, no?

Yeah, I mean, there are possibilities for getting in without a doubt.
Winning a major tournament that involved other solid names is one way.
Like, for example, Enfusion has some good fighters, guys like Andrew Tate. But he's inconsistent and actually lost his last fight. He's been crushing dudes before him, but they are nobodies. Do I think that he could do well in the big leagues if he focused? Yeah. But he seems happy where he is.

tate lost by ko to grajs in first round and to parparyan clearly in its showtime, after some seconds i think, do you really think he would do well?
you rated grajs so high because the division was poor then and he won an out of form parparyan. i agree with wakeling fourth though but grajs is probably not even top 10 in the world. a motivated parparyan is a top 10 middle weight to me

I believe Tate & Parparyan went 5 rounds once at It's Showtime (56?) in 2012. He is capable of having good showings.

i think wilnis is a much better fighter than him and jason is not top 5 right now. though i hope tate will improve especially being american
andrew can have good showings but putting him to fight in tournaments in major promotions, might not make you to be say that anymore being so sure that he would do well at higher level

Cro Cop's opponent will most likely be Jarrell Miller.

Nice! That's a rematch I'm interested in. Unfortunately there's always the risk the fight will be as ugly as their first one.
I guess GLORY is willing to pay Miller's (relatively) ridiculous fee after all.

SCHILLING: “I’M SORRY I ALLOWED BARRETT’S EGO TO GET EVEN BIGGER”www.gloryworldseries.com/en/news/view/540However, the guy with four professional fights kicked your ass so you kinda lost the right to talk. I'm still on the fence on Joe Schilling; Do I like him or not? Whenever he talks big I want him to get his ass kicked, because he usually can't backup his talk and loses fights he should win. On the other hand, there are times when he seems nice in interviews and comes off as a cool guy. That's when I want him to kick ass.

Porting over the rankings from the old LK to the new one made me really go through that division with a comb and overhaul it. It has thankfully evolved a lot since the It's Showtime days, which is what I had to go on for so long.

Straight from Walshie: www.liverkick.com/index.php/item/2965-melvin-manhoef-vs-filip-verlinden-announced-for-glory-last-man-standingY'know, when this tourney was announced I stacked up all the names in order of excitement and anticipation that I wanted Melvin to face in the opening round ('cos he'll probably either get eliminated at the quarter finals or win his QF and pull out injured before the semi) and guess who was bottom of the pile.....yup, Mr.Verlinden. Grrrrr. Imagine a fresh, 100% Manhoef vs Levin, Marcus, Barrett or even Schilling.
