I feel like mentioning that you breached your contract with someone in the course of threatening legal action over said contract isn't a great start

Uhm...he may be a convicted criminal but I'd probably lean on the side of Badr here. If anything, he/his lawyers seemingly know their way around negotiations and contracts at this point . Gotten paid by K-1 and GFC by being smart whilst other fighters have gotten fucked. With Enfusion I can't take their fighter announcements entirely seriously before it's very near the actual event and looking more concrete. They like to announce fighters Pinca, Buakaw, Yod etc. when there haven't been any contracts in place. League rules mean nothing they just give out points against the rules, decisions get changed when their own rules are superseded by whoever is sanctioning the event and so on and so on.

Wait a minute, what relevance does it have that badr signed to glory too? I don't think kickboxers sign exclusive contracts. So that "it said in the contract that he could not fight before may" seems bullshit. Also about glory being sued... what for?

Am I going crazy? I thought I remembered recently seeing Ludwig cornering someone either in Krush or K-1, but the only person I can think of that it would be is Victor Saravia, but he's definitely not. So I thought maybe I was thinking of the awesome Yuya Yamamoto/Scott Schafer fight from years ago, but he's a Mo Smith guy.

Follow-Up on Enfusion Promoter’s Claims Against Badr Hariliverkick.com/follow-up-on-enfusion-promoters-claims-against-badr-hari/While I don't expect Enfusion to have much of a case and don't think Hari vs. Tavares is a big fight, I'm pretty sure Hari's name alone would be enough to sell out 20k even if you match him against Bob Sapp. It might have been different when Hari was fighting more regularly around these parts, but now it's become a bit of a rarity.

Enfusion claiming that they'd sell 18,000 tickets in a building they don't actually have rented and that Hari signing with someone else is costing them "ONE MILLION DOLLARS" is the best comedy to end 2017 with.

I don't disagree that Enfusions claims of "huge losses" are insane when they probably had a flimsy verbal agreement at best and no work at all having been put into actually organising the event.
However, Badr is (probably) the biggest name in kickboxing and his popularity - especially in this corner of the world - is off the charts. I have no doubt he can sell 18k in tickets. No matter who he fights.

Also threatening to sue glory because "they knew" hari signed a contract with them is funny... I mean glory was the first one to announce that badr signed with them. Enfusion only announced this after glory. So what exactly are they suing glory for?

Honestly it comes across as sour grapes, probably because some Enfusion staff members (thought they) were in negotiations with Badr, only for Glory to beat them to the punch.
