What job does your wife have that gives her the worst hours imaginable? She's one of the charge nurses at the hospital ER.

Any action on the card this time samurai1? Vakhitov is a monster but coming back from a broken hand. Machado's line got even bigger since the opener. He did beat Zhuravlev and knock out Hameur-Lain so I think the line is a bit steep in the +400s now. I also like the under 3½ in the main event. I love Dylan Salvador over Massaro Glunder who has lost 6 of his last 8 too. Doumbe should beat Lidon as well even though Lidon came in nearly 3 kg heavy. Machado did get the W in the Zhuravlev fight, but still that was more Zhuravlev saving himself for the final than it was Machado being better. Fully expecting Vakhitov to dominate.
Few of the Glunder losses are against better competition than Salvador honestly. Mostly losses in short notice fights and/or he was fighting up in weight. A silly robbery in the mix there too. Salvador also coming off of a hand injury a month ago.

I had high expectations for this card and it absolutely exceeded them. That tournament was 3 of the best fights of recent memory, Salvador vs Glunder was crazy, Doumbe was masterful as always, and the title fight was awesome too. I think Ezbiri is going to outclass VanNostrand.

Glory's had at least a couple good maincards in a row now. Think K1power missed both live too so 1+1 and I think we all know who's the jinx

Seriously though I'm glad to read positive responses to an event that - to me - looked so-so on paper. Haven't seen any of it yet, but will try to asap. Good for Glory, maintaining that Glory 45 momentum.

Finally watched the event.
I thought the SFS was okay at best with the only good fight being Salvador vs. Glunder, and even that one had some weird BS going on in Round 2 with the whole drama surrounding the 'illegal strike'.
The main card though, was GREAT! The tournament was very solid and had an awesome KO, while the Vakhitov vs. Machado destroyed my low expectations.
This is probably the best Machado has ever looked and probably the first time I actually enjoyed seeing him fight. Unfortunately for Machado, even while barely using his right hand Vakhitov was much better than him. Vakhitov had a lot of moments where he would throw an insane combination and all Machado could do was keep his gloves up and just kind of wait for it to be over.
I was amazed with how quick Machado recovered from that highkick in Round 2. Recovering from a shot like that is impressive to begin with, but I feel him landing on the ropes in a way that bounced him back rather than landing with his head on the canvas really helped.
Another solid Glory event. While Glory 46 was more of an interesting experiment rather than a solid event, I think we can all agree it was infinitely better than Glory 44 and that makes 3 in a row now.
