(Kickboxing 60kg) Yuya vs Yukoku I think Yuya's opponent is Yuki, from Deep Kick. Looks like RIZIN are going after the local support with fighters from Nagoya in each of the Kickboxing fights.

Have you heard anything specific on this end? Seems like more and more of a possibility now that BLADE is effectively dead. The Big Bang fighters at least have started to mass-exodus to K-1 Japan. I'd expect to see Kido there by the end of the year. Nah, afraid not. My knowledge doesn't extend any further than whatever's posted on eFight or Bout Review. Seems inevitable though, surely. It felt like a bit of a precedent was sent with K-1 bringing in RISE champ Uehara, and a former Bigbang title holder in Hirono, at the last event.

Incidentally, K-1 Japan is having a 55kg Japan tournament in November and a World tournament in February 2017. Tenshin to spark everyone like he did in BLADE's stacked tourney and set up a huge fight with Takeru.

I thought Noiri-Yamazaki was a draw and was expected an extension round.
Feel like Massaro was hard done by, thought that fight was a draw too.
All the GP fights were top quality. HIROYA looked really good, gave Noiri a really good fight. Huge respect to Yamazaki, coming back looking stronger than ever after Kaew smashed his face in. Loved that sneaky shit he was throwing with his lead leg to Kubo's face!

Cmooon, get those SMILING POINTS ready, bruh, for a laggy, bufferistic experience! Oh no, is the nicovideo stream in America bad? Shame, the stream's rock solid in Japan, and I don't remember having had a problem with it when I was living in the UK either. I always thought stream quality was the biggest saving grace of only going with nico video but maybe not... Really looking forward to this one. Got me some nice arena tickets. Nice! Definitely let us know what the atmosphere's like tonight! I read recently they opened up some more seats around the big screen as most areas are sold out, so should be pretty packed.

Get hype gents, this is less than a day away!! Nico video stream link here for anyone who needs it.Also, the weekly K-1 show on telly has done a good job of adding a bit of backstory and character to each of the fights. This is the last preview show for tomorrows event....

Some big news from the Japanese Woman's Kickboxing scene: Krush Women's Champion Syuri will given up her belt, give up on Kickboxing, and is make the move to MMA. She's signed with Pancrase and will debut on the 24 April card. Syuri's one of the most polar female Kickboxers in Japan, and a popular Pro wrestler too. She's defended the Krush belt 3 times now, and has co and main evented Krush shows, so for her to give up on Krush is a pretty big deal.

I just told my friend in Rotterdam there's going to be a UFC event there, when I mentioned the potential main event he just flat out said "then I'm not going" THE STRUVE EFFECT.

Yeah, hopefully they can put something more substantial together for the main event.
Makes me wonder though, how popular is Struve in the Netherlands? I mean, could having him in the main event feasibly attract enough fans just because he Dutch?

That's cool, Aubtin. Do you live in Japan? I always thought you were from England. Yeah I'm from England but I've been living in Tokyo for the last couple of years. Though I'm ashamed to say, since I moved here I'm yet to see a K-1 event live LOL. was it that bad? Sapp looks disgusted lol. im gonna watch these this weekend. got me a 4 day weekend after I get off work today. I dunno how bad it was but Sapp was totally freaking out. Didn't stop him going right back to hitting that same spot though lol.
