So a 2nd tier event series. Not sure how much different that is going to be from GoH events other than take away Wei Rui/QJL/Tie Yinghua. More details next week.

Also GoH presser tomorrow. Then next on June 5th (with Wei Rui fighting!), Kunlun league start and... From what I gather that, whatever it is, seems to be more shows at the Tongling venue and hopefully it's those traditional martial arts people funding it and not really Kunlun  1mil rmb (130k EUR) prize money and a Kunlun contract for the winner. Seemed like maybe some 256-man tournament model or something. Ignorable nonsense anyway. |

Assuming it's legit. The same guy seems to have tweeted it out some hours before and deleted that earlier tweet.
ONE has some pretty great 70 kg fighters. Hope they utilize them well. Also hoping they aren't too financially fucked quite yet and leave fighters in some contract hell waiting around for fights that might never come.

Wouldn't be surprised if Glory got rid of Sitthichai now that he finally lost the title. Didn't the same thing more or less happen with Petro once he lost? They couldn't wait to let him fade into obscurity. Being a dominant champion won't do you much good if you aren't a ratings canon or your team doesn't hold an especially favorable position within Glory. Peter Aerts mentioned in a recent interview about how he feels that the favoritism is strong in Glory. To be fair though, to a degree that rings true for any promotion/company anywhere.  The issue I have with One FC is that we don't know when their bubble is going to pop. If however, we get some good fights out of it and their fighters get paid until the gig is up, I'm okay with that. Are One contracts exclusive BTW? |

And yea I just hope fighters don't get fucked if/when the shit hits the fan. Like a while ago when they started to/announced plans to manage some of their top talents themselves...hope nobody signs Enfusion-like 34 fights contracts or whatever the fuck, then ONE goes away and then find yourself still under some contract with them...

Quite close to Tongling where the Combat League venue is. Next 2 supposedly being planned for Guizhou and Wuzhishan.

Yeah, Rodtang has been quite active fighting in Stadium bouts while also fighting at ONE. BTW; how is that Rodtang haven't fight yet against Wang Junguang? That idea just stroke my mind. I will buy some ONE apparel online if they make that fight. |

ONE seems to have signed Kiria as well. Along with Sitti, this is a tipping point for me personally, it's ONE era now. However long it might last.
