Sitthichai, Davit Kiria, Guto Inocente, Bogdan Stoica, Murat Aygun, Mihalo Kecojevic confirmed and Zhora Akopyan in talks with ONE so he may be confirmed soon. Their 70KG roster already better than Glory's, and their Light Heavyweight (in ONE is 102KG, so is like a Cruiserweight), is also getting close to Glory's quality.... I hope their bubble keeps growing healthy and strong. Their lower weight categories (66KG, 61KG and 57KG) need also more chinese, japanese and thai smol guys. I heard the rumor that maybe Anissa Meksen is going to jump to ONE soon... She is in a Sitthichai - Grigorian situation right now with Van Soest so it makes sense. Maybe after VanNostrand defeats Petchpanomrung (perhaps after three or four more sloppy fights between them) the Thai jumps to ONE too.

I wonder what's the story behind this. Internal struggles? Did something better come along for him? Two years might not exactly be a long run, but maybe he just completed the task he had. In this Dutch article from May 2018 Zelaznik mentioned seeing a future where 'the whole world is watching a kickboxing fight' which, I guess, happened on his watch with Rico vs. Badr II (even if that fight was a total no brainer to make). Apparently he worked for the UFC for over a decade before joining Glory, so he's a veteran of the fight game; would be hilarious if he went to ONE as well. I guess the most pressing question right now is: who'll be Glory's next CEO?

Heard the Meksen rumour, and a couple others too. They really are going for it. Hope their bank account can manage or that they have understanding with their investors for more money

Gotten to a point I'm not sure Kunlun can do their 70 kg 8-man anymore.

Good for Londt, I think he was more or less freelancing at this point.

Londt is a little weird signing to me, unless they do a HW tournament, in which case he is a good guy to fill one of the slots. Just for fights in a regular running division, doesn't seem like a great fit in my mind somehow. But yea, very good for him.

I'm not really sure who's in their HW class, but since ONE's LHW is pretty close to HW to begin with I think there are some fights to be made with him either way.
I just hope all these fighters who are signing with ONE won't end up wasting important years of their career there.
While I want everyone to get paid for their sake, I want them to have meaningful fights for everyone's sake.

Oh yeah, hadn't really even thought about it properly I suppose. Around 100 kg or over guys are all in the same pile to me. Guess in ONE they are different, kind of dilutes this whole thing a bit. Kryklia, Inocente, Silva, Londt, Khbabez kind of guys should definitely all be fighting each other without any jumping in between weight classes bs. They'll probably have Azizpour soon then too if they're bolstering up their actual HW division.

Inocente, Kryklia and Stoica can make 102KG. I doubt Londt can make it to that weight-class, so I think they are just confirming their Heavyweight division.

Londt won't be making LHW, but all those guys can and have fought at HW proper.
Also, I'm not so sure what weight Inocente walks around at, but I have a hard time seeing him getting to 102kg. Would like to see him try, though.
While they're at it I think they should try and grab Hesdy too as he ain't going anywhere in Bellator and only has a few good years left. They can make a pretty packed tournament at HW in with just an extra name or two.

Maybe he can't go all the way down 94, but 102KG should be doable If they grab Hesdy, they should grab also Robin van Roosmalen and Raymond Daniels

Not really kickboxing news, but indirectly related and just something positive. During this past month of Ramadan one of the mosques in my city has been doing daily food drives to the poor, feeding hundreds of families. Local businesses and celebrities have helped out regularly, Ismael Lazaar being one of them: Pretty awesome!
