14 audience members and 4 cops wounded after riots at kickboxing eventwww.standaard.be/cnt/dmf20220320_93617839- Nobody was seriously injured. - Nobody was arrested. - Innocent bystanders and even kids were hit by flying chairs, soda cans etc. - According to eyewitnesses the Wrzosek's fans were the main aggressors. - Organisation seemed completely unprepared. - What little security personel was there couldn't really do anything.

Souwer may not come close to Badr's popularity, but is way more accomplished and has actually won (multiple) K-1 titles. |

Arek makes a good point actually. It started with the fan groups throwing garbage at each other, then escalated into throwing chairs, then into fist fights. The Polish fans were all in the stands with no liftable chairs. Its too bad the Netherlands have to walk on eggshells about kickboxing trying to keep a good image, I feel like most places would have restored order and at least allowed the main event to continue.

So Wrzosek doing fist bumps and selfies with the Polish fans is worse than Hari snapping a civilians leg? Even if they mean at that event it obviously doesnt compare to attacking people with chairs.

Kidding aside, Badr himself was egging his fans on right before the fight was stopped.
I mean, Wrzosek fist bumping the same group of idiots after they threw chairs and soda cans at children is next level idiotic, but I don't like that he's being singled out here.
There is plenty of blame to go around for making a situation like this possible and Rudmann should take a good look at his own organisation before throwing any stones.

Ok, I just noticed that the Glory 80 main card is again online in the Glory Fight website... I bought the PPV but was not able to watch live, then the fights could not be found anywhere... Just give me the Tiffany - Kobayashi and the other fights so I can watch them Glory!

End of last year Glory had supposedly already okay'd him fighting on KSW at least. They definitely want fighters who could draw in Poland, beating Badr surely made him quite an easier sell at least. After this mess...even more so? |
