Finished the main storyline of Cyberpunk 2077 last night after a good week of intensive playing (30+ hours).
Despite the game being riddled with bugs it is still very playable on pc (even if you don't have a killer rig) and I very much like the world and story.
I can see the massive potential replay value this has due to the multiple endings and crazy amount of content in this game.
Once the game is completely fixed I'll probably revisit Night City at some point.
But MAN has CDPR's reputation taken a hit with this release. All the goodwill they built up over solid releases like Witcher 3? Poof, gone.
This is clearly corporate greed taking hold in upper management to rush the release and it's good that the game is getting tons of shit in media right now.
At least on consoles the release should have been postponed 6 months at bare minimum, because from everything I'm gathering it's downright unplayable on PlayStation and Xbox right now.
I wonder if CDPR can ever truly recover from this. I hope they can, because it really sucks for all the people pushing 80+ hour workweeks in crunch getting the game ready only to see it get destroyed online. Those people want to deliver a great game and don't have a say in management decision making.
Everybody inside the studio who was pushing for this rushed release should be fired. It's not gonna happen, but it should. At 'best' they'll make an example out of some scapegoat.
This is as bad or worse than the whole Fallout 76 debacle with Bethesda a couple of years ago. I guess the one difference is that eventually Cyberpunk will be great, while F76 is at best a polished turd.

I just beat the first game of the year today: Cyber-Shadow.
It gave me a very hard time and if you ever played one of the Ninja Gaiden games on the NES or more recently The Messenger you have a pretty good idea of what to expect.
Definitely a recommendation for anyone into difficult retro-style games. I think it's available on most platforms.

Streets of Rage 4:
Haven't played it yet myself, but it looks great and is a budget title that got raving reviews when it came out mid last year.

Also IIRC didn't you have a copy of DragonBall FighterZ?
If so and you haven't tried it yet, unbox and play it now.
