Quade...Guade, Quake...Taranake...Tarakina...Taranaki Possibly the fighter with the most often typo'ed name I've seen. Every damn China card it's spelled differently

Not bad card, and the poster art is awesome!

1. That poster is dope 2. Didn't Pereira lose to Belgaroui in the Contender tournament? Why did he get the title shot? Sorry have lost track of some of these divisions 3. The first Japanese fighter they got in 4 years and they went with Kubo Masaya? Last I heard he was on a four fight losing streak and was taking fights in China since he couldn't get them in Japan anymore

Poster is great.
Marcus got added in "late" apparently. Don't know what fight it would have supposed to have been but this one makes China sense over any other MW fight they could make anyway.
Chinese guy vs. some fighter making their Glory debut are the marching orders for the matchmaking so...that.

While I like the poster, Bigfoot definitely stands out like a sore thumb to me; both on the poster and on the actual card. On the poster he got the back layer, because while they do want to milk his name and likeness, they probably simply didn't have a proper picture of him wearing non-mma gloves, so they settled for a look that reminds me of the first 'easy' puzzle in a 'Where's Waldo?' book.
The rest of the card is a bit hard for me to gauge, since I dont't know most of the names. So it could go either way as far as I'm concerned.

Yeah that looks like some "got a picture for us?" image of Silva. 100% they're gonna have another poster that features him better/more more for Fight Pass.
The card isn't the greatest. Marcus-Pereira is good and they got the "mid level" Chinese talent in there but they're missing a Chinese name. One of the 5 tigers (QJL, Wei Rui etc.), Fang Bian...just someone. Yang Zhuo was at the presser and he'd do just fine if he got added later on.
Not that it's a terrible terrible card but the mood I'm getting is a little "well there's a lot of Chinese on it so it's fine". Like saying well there's Americans on the US events so must mean Americans will care. I don't think that's how it works...

To be fair, Todd tweeted out an AWFUL take about ESPN earlier, I've got him as a friend on Facebook and he shares some weird takes on there as well. He seems like a nice guy but...
Between this and Andrew Tate becoming the InfoWars darling kickboxing is starting to feel pretty uhhh

Also I get that its his job but come on. Are we really still pretending there's nobody who's fought in China that has a rationale for fighting Rico? Like say, a top 10 heavyweight that fights there regularly and has proven to be more than competitive vs him in a fight?

I'd love to see Alex Jones as the guest commentator on the next Andrew Tate fight. He would be like an ever crazier version of Jim Ross.

I'd love to see Alex Jones as the guest commentator on the next Andrew Tate fight. He would be like an ever crazier version of Jim Ross. Tate actually JUST TWEETED that he's probably retired from fighting while going on a rant about how he exercises to show the world that he gives a shit about how he looks. But I assume that Jones would have a fucking heart attack commentating a live fight. His shirt would 100,000% come off and he'd be screaming into the camera about SUPER MALE VITALITY and where you can buy a bottle.
