We're talking about grownups here. Sure, orgs should do their part in ensuring that fighters have all the papers they need to get a visa/other shit, but there should also be a limit as to how much babysitting needs to be done. I mean, they get paid to fight so one could figure it's in their own interest to make sure they can fight. What's more ridiculous here is that, according to Varga himself, he reached out to K-1 to get a fight after Glory was cancelled.
